About the Role

You’ll be the financial backbone of our residential property portfolio—tracking every dollar, spotting discrepancies before they become headaches, and turning raw data into clear, actionable reports. If reconciling bank statements feels as satisfying to you as checking off a to‑do list, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Do

* Own the books for multiple properties—AP, AR, rent rolls, and security deposits.

* Process payments to vendors and contractors (on time, every time).

* Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve variances like a pro.

* Generate crystal‑clear reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for owners and leadership.

* Support budgeting & tax prep so there are zero surprises come year‑end.

* Stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations—no shortcuts here.


What You Bring

* Solid bookkeeping experience—bonus points if it’s in property management.

* Fluency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).

* Eagle‑eye attention to detail and next‑level organizational skills.

* Friendly, professional communication with tenants, vendors, and owners alike.
